Patients come first. If there’s a guiding principle to Dr. Mark St. Lezin’s leadership style, that’s it.
Always on the lookout for ways to improve care and service, he started a “roving urologist” program, where patients can see a urologist at the same time and in the same exam room where they see their primary care physician.
He established a program for pediatric urology and expanded the use of minimally invasive and robotic surgery. He’s made it easy for physicians throughout the East Bay to refer their patients to Oakland for cancer surgery and exceptional follow-up care.
