If there’s anything that bugs Dr. Michael Haiman it’s an obstacle—large or small—that gets in the way of outstanding patient care and service. He’s helping to stamp out those pesky roadblocks and bottlenecks with a process used by many successful companies called Performance Improvement (PI).
Dr. Haiman has worked tirelessly to teach PI tools and promote their use to help every single person who works at Santa Rosa “get it right for 100% of our patients 100% of the time.”
