Dr. Harley Goldberg is highly regarded for his skill and tireless commitment in developing an array of continuing medical education programs in Northern California.
While he was Chief of Education in the 1990s, he helped develop a core curriculum for primary care providers in many specialty areas. Since then, he has been a driving force in implementing ambitious new programs and their CME components.
He led the way in establishing spine care clinics throughout the region and organizing CME conferences and programs. As Regional Director of Complementary and Alternative Medicine, he’s developed CME programs at local and regional levels.
As chair of the Musculoskeletal Medicine Redesign initiative, he helped develop two CME programs to support this new service, one for non-surgical musculoskeletal medicine specialists and one for primary care physicians.
Dr. Goldberg’s body of work is widely acknowledged as significantly improving care for members throughout Northern California.
