David J. Witt, MD

Dr. Witt is an infectious diseases specialist at Kaiser Permanente and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of California. Medical personnel and the general public look to him for vital information about the emergent threats of smallpox and other bioterrorism agents, West Nile virus and SARS. He also advises about more common infectious disease challenges such as community-acquired pneumonia and tuberculosis.
